Hi! My name is Jamie Lindmeyer, an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, with a specialization in fitness nutrition. I help men and women transform their bodies, increase their energy for life and develop a fit mindset! I do this by creating a customized exercise and nutrition program that specifically addresses their goals and creates healthy, sustainable habits. I then implement this program in a positive, supportive and collaborative fashion during in-person and/or online sessions (your choice). In addition to these private sessions, I provide them with real-time support and accountability which helps ensure their success!

I like to meet with a prospective client and understand where he/she is currently at with regards to their health, activity level and overall wellness. During this discussion, I try to find out what his/her motivation is for making this change (“the why factor”) and develop some SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound). The whole process for me is about meeting the potential client where he/she is at (a consciously tailored approach for beginners all the way to advanced individuals) while providing the necessary coaching and accountability in ordered for him/her to meet/exceed their goals!
