Typical Training Session

Don’t expect a Biggest Loser workout on the first day (aka, running you into the ground ASAP). Nope!

A typical training session involves foam rolling, stretching, and activation exercises as your warm up to prevent you from injury! Then we get into the workout, which is tailored to you. The intensity of the workout will depend on what your goals are and how you’re feeling that day! Becoming fitter is a lifelong process that needs a patient person to see their results for the long run, not for a quick fix!


Client success story

1. My one client went from squatting 20 lbs on the first day to 95lbs in one year! Not to mention the other strength gains she’s made such as deadlifting 145lbs for 12 reps 3 sets, in the same timeframe!
2. I worked with a young female soccer player who had muscle weakness in her abs and in her glutes, and just in 6 short sessions, she understood the importance of training these muscles to be stronger during her game and could activate them to her advantage
3. I work with an elderly amputee who has one arm and is very weak. She came in wanting to fix her posture. Before she couldn’t bring her shoulders back very far, and the exercise would totally exhaust her. Now she’s able to activate those muscles without much exhaustion, and her posture is looking more upright! She is feeling stronger and happier!
4. I worked with a male aspiring gymnast, but he wasn’t strong enough to lift his own bodyweight in many core exercises for gymnastic. We did a bodyweight-based workout (calisthenics), so that he could learn how to move his body in space!
