During a mindful experience of entering The NO STESS ZONE; thoughtfully placed intentions allow for personal transformation. Individual sessions with clients have the possibility of having a physical practice including asana, pranayama, and meditation for the experience of Meditation in Motion. Clients also have the possibility of having a more relaxing experience of mindful sleep based meditation; which is a series of breath and body awareness techniques allowing for the effortless disengagement of the thinking mind. This is a guided form of meditation that can be done resting comfortably lying down or sitting comfortably. Dependent on individual desires addressing individual goals with intention setting to maximize your individual benefits.
