Train with a friend (or two) and save!
About Marjorie Fradin
I came to yoga late in life from a non-physical background (I was an attorney). My practice changed the way I work with my body; we are now allies instead of locked in an endless war of perfectionism. Im not only a teacher of yoga but a student who continues to grow and train and practice as my body ages and my needs change. I love working with people who think they can’t “do” yoga and proving them wrong!

Typical Training Session
It depends on the client’s needs. If he or she needs more activity, we’ll work to a comfortable edge with a lot of sweat. But if resting and chilling out is required, I bring my restorative, somatic, and yoga nidra skills to the session to make sure the student floats out of practice.
Client success story
A woman with post polio syndrome came to me in a wheelchair. We worked together mostly in a group class setting because she couldn’t afford private lessons. One day, the focus was backbends, and even though her backbend looked different from the rest of the class, she felt it. “I’m in a backbend!” she gasped, and we both started crying.
