About Garry Sanon
Thank you for stopping at my profile. My passion for health and fitness began when I underwent my own body transformation as pre-teen. After being diagnosed as being obese, my Primary Care Physician recommended that I begin working with a Nutritionist. Through my involvement in athletics and assistance from the Nutritionist, I was able to change my body and most importantly, my lifestyle. This life-changing experience motivated me to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. While in school, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
For the past 16 years I have worked with a wide array of clientele ranging from a youths, athletes, pre/post natal, seniors and general population. I’ve trained hundreds of clients and have conducted thousands of one on one personal training sessions as well as small group and boot camps helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I have the skill and the experience to create a wide range of specific programs whether for elite athletes or novices looking to improve body composition, athletic ablility, core strength, overall conditioning or to meet specific goals.
My currents aspirations are to motivate and inspire individuals in to make health and fitness and integral part of their every day living. In doing so, my goal is to continue to grow my client base by providing private, small group and online coaching.
Hourly rate: $85

Typical Training Session
How I train clients is based upon their personal goals, training experience, skill set and physical limitations among other factors. A baseline training session would consist of some form of dynamic warm up/muscle activation, core/balance exercises and a strength component (ex: circuit training, hypertrophy training, sport specific training, functional training, etc). When necessary manual stretching and soft tissue work are incorporated in the training session to assist with pain relief and recovery.
As a client, you will receive detailed programming outlining exercise and cardio recommendations. Nutrition services include written meal plans, macronutrient based coaching, grocery shopping and assistance with meal prep if needed.
