About Kristine Weir
My name is Kristine and I have been involved in the medical field for over a decade. For the last three years, I have provided 1-on-1 and group training to individuals with chronic pain injuries and individuals trying to return to the work-force. I embrace everyone’s unique areas of difficulty and work on making adaptations to increase quality of life and functional ability. Over the years I have worked with amputees, pre and post-op care, autism, down syndrome, stroke, and general deconditioned clients. While not the most graceful, I even taught ballroom for a year.

Each session will be tailored to your own goals and how you are doing that day. I give each client all I can because I want you to be successful. Every person learns differently; so I can do it with you or push you to the max.
Client success story
I have had many individuals perform tasks they never thought they could do again. Some times it is also less a physical limitation and more of a mental limitation. Encouraging and showing someone how to safely perform a task will make the biggest differences. It is not uncommon for me to get clients off of canes and walkers in a month.
Hobbies
I am currently working on my Masters degree in occupational therapy, I love playing with my cat and 2 corgies, reading, listening to a variety of music, and gardening.
