Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I was born and raised in Chandler, AZ where she attended Dobson High School. After high school I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. I then went on to attend AT Still University where I earned my Master’s Degree in Human Movement, specializing in corrective and performance exercise.
My passion for exercise and fitness is drawn from my own personal experience. In 2005 i was involved in a car accident which caused me to fracture my spine in 9 places, shortly after this I was diagnosed with cancer causing me to lose one of my kidneys. Even though doctors told her me I would never again be as physically active as I once was, I refused to believe it and pushed my body to new levels. I was able to bring myself to a level of fitness that was above and beyond my expectations, even competing in a fitness show! Being able to do this and see how great it made me feel made me decide I wanted pass this feeling on to others. It was at this time I decided to become a personal trainer.
I have since built quite a following and helped people transform not only their bodies but their lives! Some of my clients have been fitness competitors, firefighters (did we mention she Im a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Tempe!), pregnant and post-partum women, as well just the average individual who is trying to make a healthy lifestyle change!
I am a wife and mother as well:)
