I specialize in training for aesthetics (body fat reduction, toning, muscle definition, etc.), strength and performance. I believe in setting S.M.A.R.T goals, simple, efficient workouts and my D.E.E.P. principle: An exercise program will always be successful as long as you are (D)edicated to the program, (E)xecute the exercises correctly, put in the requisite (E)ffort, and (P)rogress the difficulty of the program appropriately. I strive for everyone I work with to become a stronger, healthier, happier version of themselves.

Typical Training Session
Have fun and work hard. I like to keep people moving. That normally means a lot of circuit training and H.I.I.T. I typically take a total body approach to training, but I tailor my methodology and the equipment I use to the goals and abilities of the individual. Personal training is supposed to be tailored to you, the client.

It’s hard to pick one. One woman, Krystle, 31, started with me at 189 lbs and a body fat of 34%. She had never done a push-up or a deadlift before. Within 9 months she was down to 135 lbs at 22% body fat. She could do 20+ regular push-ups and lift two times her body weight.
